Share a custom style guide

Sharing a style guide is useful when you work together and need to use the same formatting for different documents you are authoring.

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Assets" tab
  2. Click "Preset"
  3. Hover over the "tools" icon
  4. Click the "Sharing " icon
  5. Select "Collaborate" or "Send copy"
  6. Add the email address of your collaborator

Tips:

  • Collaborate means jointly maintaining the style guide so any changes will be applied to any document using this style in every account
  • Send copy means the recipient will receive a duplicate of your style guide and can then modify it as required
