Paste existing text from a MS Word document

Text can easily be imported into a new section using copy-and-paste.

Follow these steps:

  1. With your document open copy and text and click paste (ctl v)
  2. A message will appear, click "Clean" to remove unwanted formatting
  3. Your text will then be added to the section
  4. Remove any unwanted elements and edit the spelling mistakes

Tips:

  • Pasted text will over-write any existing text
  • Remove any unwanted
