Follow these steps:
- Click on "Account" tab
- Click "Portfolio" on the sidebar
- Enter a unique URL. Open the help icon to check the naming rules.
- Add your "Title" with any text or fill color you require
- Add your "Description" with any text or fill color you require
- Review the drop list and checkmarks for other features to include
- Change the banner, or use the default provided. The banner caption allows you to formally acknowledge the creator of the banner image.
- Click the "Publish my portfolio" field after deciding if you want the portfolio to be public or private.
- Click "Save draft"; if required
- Click "Publish"
- Click "Portfolio" on the navigation panel to review your published portfolio
- You can "Unpublish" the portfolio at any time to make adjustments to your settings
Portfolio tabs:
- Click the "Tabs" tab
- There are currently 3 tabs available
- Use the checkmark to decide which ones you want to include
- Add the 'Name' for teach tab and a short description
Tips:
- Category is currently not used; but intended to provide a way for sharing blogs with other users.
- Any document can be published to the portfolio.
- A private portfolio will not be found in any google search. Users will need to have the exact url to access the portfolio. That is, no one can stumble across your portfolio without your knowing it.
- Click the "Copy Link" button to share with colleagues or others.
