Follow these steps:
- Click on "Account" in the navigation panel
- The "My Plan" tab shows a range of information about your account
- Click the "Change your plan" link
- Filter plans; as required
- The green plan is your active plan
- Click on the relevant "Select Plan" button
- A new page will open informing you that your plan has been updated; you will also receive an email confirming the change
- You can return back the the account page by clicking the blue "Back to Account Details" link or any link on the navigation panel
Payment tab
- The payments tab will provide details about all payments made and invoices issued
- Click on the "Add your credit card details: link if you need to add or update your credit card
- Note: No credit card data is stored on our site. Payment data and billing is managed by STRIPE a third party provided.
Tips:
- "My Usage" provides data about actions related to different plans
- Changes to active paid plans will generate a refund to the existing plan and a new invoice for the selected plan
- Credit card details will not be required if you are still inside the 14 day trial period from when you initially signed up.
