Changing your plan
Changing your plan

It's easy to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Account" in the navigation panel
  2. The "My Plan" tab shows a range of information about your account
  3. Click the "Change your plan" link
  4. Filter plans; as required
  5. The green plan is your active plan
  6. Click on the relevant "Select Plan" button
  7. A new page will open informing you that your plan has been updated; you will also receive an email confirming the change
  8. You can return back the the account page by clicking the blue "Back to Account Details" link or any link on the navigation panel

Payment tab

  1. The payments tab will provide details about all payments made and invoices issued
  2. Click on the "Add your credit card details: link if you need to add or update your credit card
  3. Note: No credit card data is stored on our site. Payment data and billing is managed by STRIPE a third party provided.

Tips:

  • "My Usage" provides data about actions related to different plans
  • Changes to active paid plans will generate a refund to the existing plan and a new invoice for the selected plan
  • Credit card details will not be required if you are still inside the 14 day trial period from when you initially signed up.
