Follow these steps:
- Click "Write" on the navigation panel
- Click the "Tools" icon and select "Settings"
- In the document settings, click "Track pipeline"
- Click the pencil icon next to the "Status" to edit the status settings
- In the "Status" settings, you can change the heading for each column
- Click "Custom" and the column color options are provided
- Before you "Save", make sure the correct radio button has been selected for the active document
- After save, the status for this document has been updated as well as the status columns
Tips:
- The status columns are the same for all documents
- The status can easily be changed by navigating to the 'Status" tab and drag-and-drop the card onto the column you require
