Modify document status columns

Document status helps track progress of your writing. Easily change the names and color of the columns across your account.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click "Write" on the navigation panel
  2. Click the "Tools" icon and select "Settings"
  3. In the document settings, click "Track pipeline"
  4. Click the pencil icon next to the "Status" to edit the status settings
  5. In the "Status" settings, you can change the heading for each column
  6. Click "Custom" and the column color options are provided
  7. Before you "Save", make sure the correct radio button has been selected for the active document
  8. After save, the status for this document has been updated as well as the status columns

Tips:

  • The status columns are the same for all documents
  • The status can easily be changed by navigating to the 'Status" tab and drag-and-drop the card onto the column you require
