How to add a new record to your terminology library

Adding reusable terms is simple. More data can be added after the primary metadata are quickly added.

Add a new terminology record

  1. Navigate to Assets / Terminology
  2. Select the term type your want to add a record to
  3. Select the collection you want to add a record to; or create a new collection
  4. Click the + icon to add a new row to the collection
  5. Quickly enter the primary metadata:
    • Shortcut key
    • Term or concept (short title)
    • Definition or description (long title)
  6. Click "Save"
